This investment in the latest high-tech equipment makes us capable of manufacturing the highest-quality granite tops possible. We seal every stone before it leaves our plant for installation. We also epoxy in a metal rod on the underside of the stone at every sink to help ensure the stone does not crack at the weakest point.
With our stone fabrication facility, we are able to incorporate custom stone countertops, seats, curbs, shelves, and thresholds into our tile installations. Non-Toxic Cleaning for Deeply-Ingrained Dirt
We clean the toughest stains and permanently seal all types of solid surfaces. First, we use a simple, non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning solution to agitate the dirt that is ingrained deep into the surface (that’s why mopping never removes it, allowing it to build up over time).
We then use our patented floor tool that applies heated water at just the right pre-selected cleaning pressure to ensure no damage is done to the surface. We can permanently seal granite tops, bathrooms, garage floors, tiles, marble, grout, walkways, patios, and stones of all kinds. We strive to have 100% customer satisfaction, which is why we use the highest quality sealers and cleaners available. Dry-Treat’s impregnating sealers are technologically different from commonly available silicone, teflon and siloxane impregnators. Specially engineered molecules penetrate much deeper into porous materials and bond permanently inside the pores without blocking them. This creates a water- and oil-repellent barrier that lasts longer and is deep enough to protect against many types of damage, in addition to stains such as salt efflorescence and freeze-thaw cracking. Bath and Kitchen Re-Caulking

Coastal Tile & Stone now offers bath re-caulking in addition to our other services. It is very important to periodically replace the caulking in wet areas such as showers, shower pans, tub decks, or countertops. Over time, caulking can become hard and less flexible, causing it to crack or loosen. Failure to replace cracked or loose caulking can allow water to penetrate through it, causing damage to other areas of your home, including subfloors, ceilings, drywall, insulation, and the tile job itself. Water penetration can create a breeding ground for mold and mildew. It is recommended to replace caulking in wet areas annually. We will completely remove and replace the caulking, leaving the area completely sealed and looking clean and new again.
